Anne Palmquist has always been extremely helpful and thorough with our real estate needs. Whether shopping for a new home, or helping us find someone to do repairs, Anne has always done her best to help. We would always highly recommend using Anne Wells for all of your Ojai real estate needs.

I have known Anne for over fifteen years and cherish both our friendship and professional relationship. Anne is very compassionate and knowledgeable about many things; especially when dealing with the complexities found in the world of real estate.

I am a repeat client of Anne for the last 10 years in both a buyer as well as a seller of real estate. If I can paint her one color, I would paint her the color of Honesty. To me, she has exhibited that trait at every turn. She is honest, honest, honest.
She is also very knowledgeable in most aspects of real estate and will find out the correct information to base decisions on. She works hard and diligently to look out for your interests and does so with a magnificent personality that results in a very pleasurable interaction.

We originally wanted to buy only a piece of land and Anne showed us quite a few, but we fell in love with a property that Anne was also the listing agent on. Unusually, it was to our advantage that Anne was working for both parties as she brokered a complicated, year long deal with honesty and a sense of humor. It was all made less frustrating because Anne had the knowledge and patience to rally six people through the process.
We love our home and we are so thankful!
